Returns

NOTE: All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a TWINZCREATIONZ E-Gift Card. All items with prices ending in $ .00, .95, and .96 are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for store credit.

10 Day Policy

If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Items MUST be returned within 10 days of the purchase date.

 Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery. Please email twinzcreationz@gmail.com for assistance before returning.

                                           To be Eligible for Return:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, original tags attached in the same condition that you received it.
  • Item must also be in the original packaging.
  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
  • A 25% restocking fee may be applied to Final Sale or stale items returned.

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered.

We do not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.

All returns must include a return request form or packing slip. If you do not have a return request form, please email twinzcreationz@gmail.com

Return packages must include a return request form OR packing slip. If these are not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.

 When sending back items from multiple orders, please fill out a return form or packing slip from each order returned.

 Returns are done through mail only.

 There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 TWINZCREATIONZ is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping cost. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a TWINZCREATIONZ E-Gift Card will automatically be issued in the amount of approved return.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check in your registered email inbox and spam folder. Then log in to see if an E-Gift Card is applied to your account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at twinzcreationz@gmail.com

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at twinzcreationz@gmail.com and mail your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, an E-Gift Card will be mailed to you. Proof of purchase from TWINZCREATIONZ is required.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
